Have you hear about intermittent fasting but not sure what it is or how to do it?  Do you wonder why you should even try intermittent fasting?

Intermittent Fasting (IF) is a pattern of eating that cycles between periods of eating and fasting.

It doesn’t specify which foods you should eat instead it focuses on when you should eat them.

So, in that respect, it’s not a diet in the conventional sense but more accurately described as an eating pattern.

There are several different ways of doing intermittent fasting and there are benefits to weight loss, cell repair, longevity, blood glucose control, and gene expression.

In her podcast, The Dr. Karen Health Show  Dr. Karen talks more in detail about the benefits.  Check it out here!
