At least the restrictive, deprivation diets. Yet, the diet industry is booming (especially at this time of the year)!

So I put the word “diet” in the title here, so we can redefine the true meaning of the word. It means “a manner of living”.

To find your natural, normal weight is a lifestyle issue. It is about how we live our life! Every aspect of it.

A good starting point is how we take care of the trillions of microbes living inside of us! These beneficial bacteria have an enormous effect on our metabolism, hormones, cravings – even our genes.
