The American lifestyle is busy- too busy.  Not to mention demanding and completely unbalanced.  We’re doing too many things and most of them very not well.  It’s common for my clients to complain that their biggest problem is that they are always tired.

There are dozens of studies that show that 1 in 10 people actually suffer from chronic fatigue;  a complicated disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that can’t be explained by any underlying medical condition.  And guess what… women more likely to be affected than men!

Feeling fatigued all the time is exhausting. Literally!   It feels like a  weight has been harnessed around your waist that you carry around with you all day. Every day.  It’s no wonder you look forward to the moment you can finally flop down on the couch to get some rest.  Just getting through the day is a challenge.

If that wasn’t enough constant fatigue can leave you irritable, unfocused, inefficient and flat-out -cranky!! Not to mention the frustration that comes with missing out on life because you’re so pooped that you can’t make your body move for another second. I know! I’ve been there.

Quick sources of energy like caffeine and sugar are an easy fix, right?  They provide the quick boost we’re looking for.  But… that boost comes from a false source of energy so a crash is inevitable.

Here’s the problem, your daily consumption of caffeine and sugar is activating your immune system and creating chronic inflammation in your body. It’s stealing your energy, mental clarity, and quality of life.

Are you ready to get your mojo back? Eliminating caffeine and sugar is a great place to start.  However, did you know that there are 10 ( probably more) additional ingredients that are found to cause chronic inflammation hiding in everyday foods?  These can keep you from feeling and living your best life!

To help you identify and eliminate these ingredients from your diet here is my guide of 10 foods to avoid.
