All germs are not created equal.  You have probably heard about the Germ Theory of Disease but have you heard about The Terrain Theory?  Two very different concepts on a similar topic.

The Germ Theory according to The Encyclopedia Britannica says “the theory that certain diseases are caused by the invasion of the body by microorganisms, organisms too small to be seen except through a microscope.”

The Terrain Theory, proposed by Antoine Béchamp, on the other hand, argues that if the body is well and balanced then germs are a natural part of life.

All germs are not created equal!

The microbiome is evidence that all germs are not bad.

It’s time to take back our power and realize we can build up our body to be a bad host to this virus.
