Walk With A Doc!

The goal of Walk with a Doc is to inspire communities through movement and conversation. The Rochester, MN walking group is led by Dr. Jengyu Lai, DPM, DipABLM. Dr. Jeng believes in more education and less medicine help you create a healthy lifestyle. Join Dr. Jeng and friends for a walk through the tranquil Quarry Hill Nature Center to learn about health, have fun, be outdoors and meet new friends.
