Attend a virtual Cooking class with Ayurvedic Chef, Andrea Hayley Sankaran. Sunday, Oct. 2 from 12-2 pm. Our menu consists of Greek Lentil Soup and a vegetable-packed Fall Pasta with Lemon Butter Sauce. When you register, Andrea will recommend her favorite gluten-free pasta option, and teach secrets for getting pasta right so that you don’t feel heavy after eating. Hmmmm … comfort food that’s also truly healthy food. What a concept! This versatile pasta is an example of exactly how she enjoys a pasta dish every 1-2 weeks. The great value of a vegetarian pasta meal is in the speediness of the cooking, as well as the ability to use up a variety of vegetables.
The class will be about 2 hours long, and it’s held on Zoom. So you will bring your phone, tablet, or laptop to your kitchen to participate. When you register, you’ll receive an email right away with the recipes, shopping list, prep steps, and everything you need to prepare to actually cook along with Andrea. During class, we’ll go step-by-step, and nobody gets left behind.
